Art Making & Exploratory Yoga
We'll begin with some Yoga Exploration with the intention of it being f it being creative & playful, followed by Art Making. My Intention for this class is for you to unleash your inner artist. To free up any energy around you thinking you can't create. To fall in love with the creative process, & honor the unfolding of creative energy through you.
Art Making/Shamanic Journey
We'll start off with a guided Shamanic Journey leading into Creative Exploration working with as subject matter what was discovered during the Journey.
Feather & Crystal Jewelry Making Class
Would Love to share my love of feathers & crystals with you & show you how to weave up some of your own Jewelry creations.
The flow of the class will be something like this:
I'll speak briefly about crystals & feathers, their energetic properties, how to cleanse & work with them.
I'll show you some techniques so you can begin creating jewelry with feathers & crystals.
We'll then create a pair of Earrings~!
All materials provided including a handout. If you have small crystals or Feathers special to you that you you'd love to work with please bring them.
