Beginning the fourth Sunday in June I'll be offering Monthly workshops for small groups. These classes will be offered in collaboration with creative cohorts. They will take place on the first Sunday of the Month:
June(4th Sunday): Art Making/Guided Visualization/Yoga
We'll begin with some Yoga Exploration followed by a guided visualization flowing into Creative Play/Art Making. My Intention for this class is for you to unleash your inner artist. To free up any energy around you thinking you can't create. To fall in love with the creative process, & honor the unfolding of creative energy through you, without judgement.
July(4th Sunday): Art Making/Shamanic Journey/Yoga
We'll start off with Yoga leading into a group Shamanic Journey followed by Creative Exploration working with as subject matter what was discovered during the Journey.
August(4th Sunday): Feather & Crystal Jewelry Making
With insight into the nature & properties of Crystals, how to work with Feathers. To begin I'll guide you in a Crystal Meditation as a way of connecting with the energy of Crystals before we begin learning more about them and working with them. I'll also show you basic Jewelry Making Techniques and together we'll create 1 pair of Earrings. You'll receive a handout with the techniques outlined so you can feel confident to continue creating after the class.
