A Reiki session is a laying on of hands form of Energy Healing. It is intended to be relaxing, healing and harmonizing. Reiki can assist us in making energetic shifts and in letting go of what no longer serves our highest good. I'm a "Reiki Master" & have been attuned through all levels of Lightarian Reiki as well.
During Energy healing sessions I incorporate the playing of Crystal Bowls over the energy centers to assist with further balancing. Sound Healing music, Crystals and Essential oils are also often part of a session (unless this is not wished for).
