"Vinyasa means "breath-synchronised movement" or "flow"". It is a yoga practice which purifies, strengthens, assists one in focusing & unfolding into deeper experiences of Balance and Union. I offer "Laughing Lotus" structured Vinyasa classes & in addition bring into a class whatever i feel moved to share. I love to share poetry & play music during classes & incorporate pranayama(breath control techniques), movement meditation & mantra chanting. There will be a monthly theme woven into the classes to create further inspiration(Chakras, Pranayama, Mythological Gods & Goddesses & so forth..)
Energy Healing Sessions:
I am attuned to Shamballa Reiki (Mdh), Usui Reiki, Karuna Ki & Silver Violet Flame & may tune into any of these frequencies during a session. ..
